The game is simple. Pick who you think will win each NFL game throughout the NFL season. Pick
correctly, get a win. Pick incorrectly, get a loss. The player with the best record at the end of the season wins.
General Info
- All times are Eastern Standard Time.
- The entry fee to play is only $20 for the season. The only way an entry fee will ever be returned is by qualifying for a prize at the
end of the season.
- The scoreboard scroller on the home page will be updated as the games progress.
Making Picks
- Your pick for a game is due two hours before that game. So, for instance, the pick for a Sunday 1:00 game is due by 11:00.
- You can place your picks anytime before the deadline for each game. A pick will not be accepted after the deadline for that game.
- To place your picks, click Picks from the site menu toward the top of the page. On this page, you will see each game for the
current week of the NFL schedule. For each game, select who you think will win. Once you are finished, enter your username and password
and click Submit. On the following page, you'll see a confirmation page with a button to click to view and/or edit your
picks.
- If you go three consecutive weeks without placing a pick, it is assumed you've given up and you will not be able to place your picks for
the remainer of the season.
Editing Picks
- You can edit your picks anytime before the deadline for each game. A pick will not be accepted after the deadline for that game.
- To edit your picks, click Picks from the site menu toward the top of the page. Then click the Edit link. Enter your
username and password and click Submit. On the following page, you will see your picks for the current week of the NFL schedule.
To edit a game, click the Edit button to the right of the game you wish to edit. The next page will show each team. Make your
selection and click Submit to be taken back to your picks where you can then edit further if you choose.
Viewing Picks
- By the start of a game, you can view who each player picked for that game by clicking Picks from the site menu toward the top
of the page. Then click View Picks and select which week you wish to view.
- When viewing everyone's picks for a week, you'll see each player's username, their record for that week and each of their picks. Finished
games will be either green or red. Picks with a green background are correct picks, red backgrounds are incorrect picks.
Trash Talk
- To talk trash, simply enter your username, password and your comments and click Talk Trash.
- Trash talk is always welcomed. But what you say there cannot be taken back! Keep in mind, it's for fun. Let's keep it clean!
Prizes
- 100% of the entry fees are used to pay the game winners. Prize amounts are determined by the number of players.
- 10 players or less...
Second: $20
First: Sum of all entry fees minus the second place prize.
- 11+ players...
Third: $20
Second: 25% of the sum of all entry fees minus the third place prize.
First: 75% of the sum of all entry fees minus the third place prize.
- There may be bonus prizes from time to time throughout the season. Information on the when and what will be posted on the site's home
page.
